Vijay Kain appointed as Principal Secretary Higher Education

Chandigarh, Apr 27 (UNI) Punjab Principal Secretary, Labour and Employment Vijay Kain was today appointed to the post of Principal Secretary, Higher Education and Languages vice Mandeep Singh Sandhu.

Mr Sandhu has been given charge of Secretary, Department of Power, an official notification issued here today said.
