RBI rupee reference rate 20 paise down at 45.03 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 26 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.03 per US dollar, 20 paise down from the previous rate of 44.83, an official spokesperson here said.
