Goldman Sachs acquires shares of Himachal Futuristic Communication

Mumbai, Apr 26 (UNI) Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd (GSIMI) have acquired 1,460,000 shares of Himachal Futuristic Communication Ltd.

Informing this, the Company said it acquired shares of Himachal Futuristic Communication equivalent to 41 per cent of its total paid up capital on April 05. The mode of acquisition was through market purchase and the shareholding of GSIMI after the latest acquisition aggregates to 18,887,500, which is equivalent to 5.39 per cent of Himachal Futuristic Communication's share capital.

Emerging Markets Management, LLC have acquired 3,238,344 shares aggregating to 0.92 per cent of the total paid up capital of Himachal Futuristic Communication Ltd on February 24.
