UN investigator heads to Syria over Hariri killing

BEIRUT, Apr 25 (Reuters) A UN investigator probing last year's killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri travelled to Syria today to meet Syrian officials, witnesses and security sources said.

It was not immediately clear if Serge Brammertz would meet Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
