Greek police hurl teargas against anti-Rice protesters

ATHENS, Apr 25: Greek police today fired tear gas at hundreds of protesters marching to the American embassy in Athens to protest against visiting US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

Police in full riot gear fired several rounds of tear gas at the protesters, who threw sticks, stones and petrol bombs, witnesses said.
