Rio expresses shock over attack on Mahajan

Kohima, Apr 23 (UNI) Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today expressed shock at the attack on BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, in which he was critically injured in Mumbai yesterday.

Mr Rio said that such acts of violence deserved to be condemned by all sensible people. He conveyed his concerns and prayed for the early recovery of Mr Mahajan so that he can continue his ''maxim in the service of the people''.

Nagaland BJP leader M C Konyak and spokesman O Mozamo Ngullie also expressed shock and has prayed for early recovery of the party leader.
