Rane says Opposition is non-existant in the State

Kolhapur, Apr 23 (UNI) Maharashtra Revenue Minister Narayan Rane today alleged that the Opposition's role in the Assembly has been wanting.

It is as if there is no Opposition at all, Mr Rane said while speaking to reporters here today.

The Opposition, he alleged, had been unable to present any issue in the House with proper justification.

Meanwhile, Mr Rane claimed some Shiv Sena MLAs were in touch with him and had expressed their desire to join the Congress.

Mr Rane, earlier, visited the Mahalaxmi Temple here and prayed for the speedy recovery of BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.
