Mahajan's condition critical: hospital sources

Mumbai, Apr 23 (UNI) The condition of BJP General Secretary Pramod Mahajan, who was grievously injured after he was shot at by his brother at his Worli residence yesterday morning, continues to be critical, sources in the Hinduja hospital said today.

However, party spokesperson Prakash Javdekar said there has been ''miniscule improvement'' in Mr Mahajan's condition.

He was operated upon yesterday but doctors have not ruled out the possibility of another surgery.

Meanwhile, a stream of celebrities and high profile political leaders continued to visit the hospital today. Actors Anupam Kher and Pankaj Dheer visited Mr Mahajan this morning.
