Dasmunsi wishes speedy recovery for Mahajan

New Delhi, Apr 23 (UNI) Information and Broadcasting Minister P R Dasmunsi has wished speedy recovery for BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, who was shot and critically injured by his brother, Pravin, in Mumbai yesterday.

The Minister spoke to Mr Mahajan's son, Rahul, and enquired about the progress of the health of the BJP general secretary, an official press note said today.

Mr Dasmunsi was informed that there was some improvement, it said.

Meanwhile, President APJ Abdul Kalam is being kept informed about the health condition of Mr Mahajan, a Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesman said.

While Dr Kalam has expressed concern and wished quick recovery of Mr Mahajan, his office continues to be in touch with the authorities in Mumbai, the spokesman said.
