Three robbers lynched

Gopalganj, Apr 22 (UNI) Three robbers were beaten to death last night at Chemra village when they made an abortive bid to commit a robbery.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Bina Kumar said today that one country made pistol, two live cartidges and a motor cycle were seized from them.

Mr Kumar said the criminals were trying to rob Manoj Kumar Singh who was returning home after attending a wedding celebration from a nearby village.

The criminals were yet to be identified.
