Sonia to visit Pondy

Pondicherry, Apr 22 (UNI) Leaders of the Democratic Progreessive Alliance (DPA) here today convened a consultation meeting to finalise the arrangements for the visit of Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

Ms Gandhi will be visiting Pondicherry on April 25 and address a public meeting at Ouppalam grounds in support of the Congress-led front here.

AICC Secretary Hariprasad, UT Chief Minister N Rangasamy, DMK convenor R V Janakiraman, PMK parliamentary party leader Prof Ramadass and CPI state secretary Na Ra Kalainathan were among others who participated in the meeting.
