PM expresses shock at Mahajan incident

New Delhi, Apr 22 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today expressed shock at the incident in which senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan was shot at and injured by his brother in Mumbai.

''I learnt with shock about the unfortunate incident today and about the injury suffered by your husband as a consequence,'' he said in a message to Mr Mahajan's wife.

Dr Singh wished Mr Mahajan an early recovery before he left for Germany.
