Purulia court rejects bail pleas of Maoist activists
Purulia, Apr 21 (UNI) Purulia Court's Chief Judicial Magistrate Jimut Bahan Biswas today rejected the bail pleas of arrested Maoist activists Bimala Sardar and Sulekha Mahato.
They would be produced in Purulia Court again on May 5.
Meanwhile, police submitted the birth certificate of Sulekha Mahato.
Their lawyer Mr Sagar Mondal pleaded for juvenile court facility.
Both the girls-- Sulekha Mahato and Bimala Sardar-- are now in Purulia district correctional home in Purulia town amid tight security, police said.
