Plethico Pharma issue price at Rs 300 per share

Mumbai, Apr 21 (UNI) Herbal and nutraceuticals major Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited which entered the capital market recently with its IPO, has fixed its issue price at the top end of the price band at Rs. 300 per share, a press release issued here today stated.

The price band for the issue was Rs. 280-to-Rs. 300.

The issue, which opened for subscription on April 10 and closed on April 17 received 1,46,837 applications and was oversubscribed 25.63 times. The qualified institutional buyer's portion was subscribed 25.32 times and the retail portion received 19.53 times respnse, while the HNI portion received 45.79 times response.

The company's shares will be listed on both, the BSE and the NSE, stated the release.
