Kinetic launches Italiano scooter series in B'lore

Bangalore, Apr 21 (UNI) Kinetic Motor Company, India's leading scooter manufacturer, today launched first of its seven state-of-the-art Italiano series scooter 'Kinetic Blaze' in India.

The high spec, high style two wheeler had a powerful and convenient 165 cc, 11.6 bhp four valve gearless engine. The two-wheeler would be launched elsewhere in the country next month.

Blaze was the first launch from the revolutionary seven vehicle Italiano series that the company acquired from Italian two-wheeler major Italjet Moto.

Briefing newspersons after the launch, Company Managing Director Sulajja Firodia Motwani said the 'Blaze' was totally in synchronous with globally popular two-wheelers. The new vehicle offered various features such as front telescopic shocks, twin rear shocksand protective front shield.

She said the second in the series would be launched in July followed by the third one in December. Two more would be launched during the next year. The company had plans to sell 40,000 ' Blaze' during this year and the additional turnover was expected to be around Rs 150 crore to Rs 180 crore. The total turnover of the group was around Rs 2,000 crore, she added.
