Indo-Pak meet on Tulbul project put off

New Delhi,Apr 21 (UNI) The meeting on the Tulbul Navigation Project, scheduled to be held on April 18 and 19 at Islamabad in Pakistan, has been postponed.

This has been done due to the recent problems related to the Sardar Sarovar Dam issue, accoring to official sources.

The sources said that the Central Government had requested the Pakistan to reschedule the meeting on April 25 and 26. However, Pakistan informed that the said meeting could be held at the earliest only in the first week of June 2006.
