Indecent representation: NBW Against Shilpa and Rema Sen

Madurai, Apr 21 (UNI) A city court today issued non-bailable warrants against Bollywood stars Shilpa Shetty and Rema Sen in a case relating to the publication of their 'obscene' pictures in a Tamil Eveninger.

The Editor of the eveninger, Murugan, surrendered before the Magistrate, when the case came up for hearing earlier in the day.

While the two celluloid stars have not appeared in court in response to summons issued earlier, the Magistrate Mr Seetharaman ordered issuance of NBWs against them.

A practicing advocate in the city had filed the case contending that the pictures published in the eveninger were an affront to womanhood besides being obscene.
