IDBI FY-06 net at Rs 546 crore

Mumbai Apr 21: Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) today reported a consolidated net of Rs 546.49 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 318.57 crore in the previous fiscal.

Its total income stood at Rs 6,817.29 crore as against Rs 3,352.45 crore for the six-months ended March 31, 2005, a bank release said today.

The board of the bank has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share, the release added.
