Geojit to open All women's Branch tomorrow

Chennai, Apr 21 (UNI) Geojit Financial Services Limited, a premier stock broking company and a joint venture with Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (KSIDC), today announced opening of its All Women's branch in the city.

The branch would be formally opened tomorrow.

This was the first All Women's branch in Tamil Nadu and third in the country. Similar branches were opened in Kochi and Mumbai.

The branch, exclusively for women investors, would be managed by an all-women team of professionals. The team would be responsible for educating and guiding the female clientele through the various investment options and intricacies of the Capital markets.

Talking to reporters, Geojit Managing Director C J George said buoyed by the tremendous response received from women investors in Kochi and Mumbai, the company decided to open a similar branch in Chennai to provide a platform exclusively for women, to learn about investments.
