Top level IPS shake up in UP

Lucknow, Apr 20 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government today effected a major reshuffle in the police department by transferring four IPS officers.

Director General of State Police Headquarters Allahabad S K Rizvi has been posted as DG (Prosecution), official sources said here.

Additional Director General (Security) R K Bhatia will now be ADG (Human Rights). V C Goyal, who was so far ADG (Human Rights), will be the new ADG (PHQ) at Allahabad.

The ADG (Bhawan Kalyan) at PHQ Allahabad R K Tiwari will now be ADG (Security) in the state capital, official sources added.
