NCDEX records trade worth Rs 4,507 cr

Mumbai, Apr 20 (UNI) As many as 588 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 4,507 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 92,250 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, silver, gold, wheat and sugar, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 502 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,10,450 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 5,453 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, guarseed, silver, gold, wheatand chana, the release added.
