Fire kills woman, destroys tsunami shelters

Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, Apr 20 (UNI) An aged woman was killed and 250 temporary tsunami shelters destroyed in a fire here last night.

Police said the fire caused by electrical leakage caused damage worth Rs 75 lakh. Fire tenders took nearly four hours to bring the blaze under control.

Senior officials rushed to spot to organise relief for the victims.
