Shadhra Sharief to be developed as pilgrim tourist destination: Azad
Jammu, Apr 19 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad today said shadhra sharief shrine would be developed as pilgrim tourist destination.
On visiting shadhra sharief Mr Azad paid obeisance at the shrine of sufi saint Hazrat Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah and prayed for lasting peace and progress of the country, the state and the sub-continent.
He directed the officials for early completion of upgradation of Rajouri-shadhra sharief road and creation of basic infrastructure for pilgrim tourists near and around the ziarat. He said opening of mughal road would give fillip to the pilgrim tourism in the area and open new vistas of economic activities along with job-opportunities.
