Scores of CAs recruited through campus selection

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) Two young chartered accountants got the highest salary package of 12 lakh per annum in the campus recruitment conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

According to a ICAI release here today, the average salary at various centres across the country was around Rs 6.72 lakh per annum and the total number of candidates selected through the exercise was 1124.

As many as 53 candidates were recruited with a minmum salary of Rs 2.50 lakh per annum, the release added.
