New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) Union Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy today assured former Delhi Chief Minister and suspended BJP leader Madan Lal Khurana that he would pilot a Bill, on the sealing of properties in Delhi, in Parliament if the Supreme Court judgement fails to satisfy Delhiites aspirations on the issue.

Describing his meeting with Mr Reddy as ''extremely cordial'', Mr Khurana told mediapersons that the minister asked him to defer his 'fast-unto-death', which he was to undertake from tomorrow, untill April 28 when the Supreme Court would take up the issue.

''Mr Reddy said it would be improper for him to give any categorical assurance on the demands raised by me as the case was before the court, hence I should defer my hunger strike till April 28,'' he said.

The minister also said if the April 28 stand of the Supreme Court was not satisfactory, he would move a Bill on the present-day woes of Delhiites on the very first day of the forthcoming session of the Parliament, Mr Khurana added.

Mr Khurana said he met Mr Reddy as he could not remain a silent spectator to the detruction of Delhi whch he had so assiduously groomed over the years and that the minister's assurance was a big battle won by the people of Delhi.
