RBI rupee reference rate one paise up at 45.14 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.14 per US dollar, one paisa up from the previous rate of 45.15, an official spokesperson here said.
