No Interim Report : Justice Sachar

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) A Committee set up by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the Social, Economic and Educational Status of the Muslim Community in India will submit its findings in June, its chairman reported today.

In a statement, Justice Rajindar Sachar dismissed as ''false'' reports in a section of the Press that his Committee has come to some ''initial findings.'' He said the Committee was ''analysing and collating'' data and would submit its report by the first week of June 2006.
