Nigeria militants reject gov't offers for oil delta
ABUJA, Apr 19 (Reuters) Nigerian militants whose attacks on the oil industry have cut exports by a quarter today said they were not satisfied with measures to help development in the Niger Delta announced by the government.
The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), in an email sent to the media, reiterated a threat to launch further attacks against the world's eighth largest oil exporter and told oil workers to leave the delta.
