Matric cellular opens office in Punjab
Chandigarh, Apr 19 (UNI) Matrix Cellular (International) Service Pvt Ltd, a Delhi-based company in the business of providing mobile phone and wireless communication service, today announced the opening of its first office of Punjab circle, in Chandigarh.
Matrix's core user group consists of business and leisure travellers and students going abroad for studies. The company provides SIM cards for 28 countries across the world. In India, they provide SIM cards in associaton with Hutchinson Telecom.
Matrix also provides wireless sets in association with Procall.
Announcing the opening of the office here, the company Deputy General Manager, international sales, Anish Khanna said the focus of Matrix is to provide country-specific mobile connecitons that help travelers save up to 60 per cent of international roaming charges while enjoying all the services being provided by the network in any country.
Mr Khanna said Matrix offers a unique combination of low airtime rates, global coverage, customer care and toll free number.
Matrix was the first company in the country to introduce the concept of local connectivity by offering country specific mobile connections, he added.
