New Delhi, Apr 19: Corporate India had a lesson on 'Art of Living' today where they were advised the importance of correct food, positive attitude and breathing techniques to lead a stress free life.
Addressing the programme held at the ongoing South Asia Conference on Renewable Energy here, Swami Pragyadand of the Art of Living said that observing an even perception and letting go of negative emotions, thoughts and attitudes could be a major stress buster.
Eating vegetarian and freshly cooked food and just six to eight hour sleep could also help in this regard. He also showed breathing exercises and said it is an essential component of better living. Knowing correct breathing techniques could relase stress and help us manage our health in a better manner, he added.
