Bagalkote records highest maximum temp of 37.2 deg celsius

Bangalore, Apr 19 (UNI) Following is a summary of observation recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevail over Costal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Maximum temperatures rose at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably below normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka, below normal at most being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were however above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Bagalkote recorded highest maximum temperature of 37.2 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Friday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather may porevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Partly cloudy. Thundery development accompanied by light rain likely in some areas. Maximum temperature would be around 34 degree celsius.
