26th Junior National Wrestling in Pune from May 28

Chandigarh, Apr 19 (UNI) The 26th Junior National Wrestling Championship will be organised by the Maharashtra State Wrestling Association (MSWA) under the aegis of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) at Chhatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex in Pune from May 28 to 30.

Announcing this WFI secretary general BS Landge said wrestlers under-20 were eligible to take part in the event and the last date to submit entries was May 28. Medical checkup will be done on the same day The competition will take place in 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg, 66 kg, 74 kg, 84 kg, 96 kg and 120 kg categories in both freestyle and Greco-Roman. Invitations have been sent to all affiliated units and boards.
