Two-day NCP national convention to be held in Dehra Dun from June

Dehra Dun, Apr 18 (UNI) A two-day National Convention of Nationalist Congress Party will be held here from June 9.

Uttaranchal NCP president Suryakant Dhasmana told newpersons here today that besides NCP supremo Sharad Pawar, NCP legislators from different states and other office bearers will be attendiung the meeting.

Mr Dhasmana said the coming assembly elections in Uttaranchal, apart from political and economical issues, would be the main focus of the meet.

''It is the first national convention of any political parties being held in Dehradun,'' he said.
