SICCI, SCCCI to organise business mission to India

Singapore, Apr 18 (UNI) The Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) together with Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) will organise a business mission to India from May 14 to May 19, SICCI announced today.

SCCCI President Chua Tian Poh and SICCI Chairman M Rajaram would jointly lead the delegation, which would visit Chennai on May 14 and 15, Pune from May 15 to May 17 and Mumbai on May 18 and 19.

The programme, which encompasses one-to-one business meetings and corporate field visits, also proposes to cover key sectors including infrastructure, real estate, financial services, biotechnology, IT and ITES, healthcare, pharma engineering, tourism and manufacturing.

''The business mission will give the delegates a comprehensive insight and better understanding of the Indian market,'' it said.
