Tremors felt in parts of western Maharashta

Kohlapur, Apr 17 (UNI) An earthquake of slight intensity shook parts of Western Maharashtra tonight.

The quake, which measured 4.2 on the Richter Scale, occurred at 2210 hrs.

It was epicentred was at 17.2 degree North latitude and 74.0 degree East longitude in the Satara region of the state.
