'Deterioration of law and order'

Kohima, Apr 15: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has admitted that the law and order situation in the state was deteriorating, leading to apprehension among the entrepreneurs to invest in the state.

Inaugurating the council hall of Tenyiphe-1 village at Chumukedima under Dimapur district recently, Mr Rio said he hoped the situation would improve sooner and urged the people to get prepared to face the challenges in the era of global economy.

He urged the farmers to export their products to other countries as 2006 year is declared by the government as year of the farmers.
