Museum for tribal artefacts

Bhopal, Apr 15: Rare artefacts connected with the life-style and culture of different tribes in Madhya Pradesh ar on exhibition at the Tribal Museum located at the picturesque Shyamla Hills in the city.

The museum, managed by the Tribal Research and Development Institute, has become a centre of attraction with the increase in the number of visitors, Clothes, ornaments, musical instruments, implements used by tribal groups for agriculture and hunting and photographs of herbs used by the tribals for traditional health-care have been exhibited.

Other attractions are statues of tribals, Bhil family, Gond men and women.
