Mobile Lok Adalat disposes 315 cases

Patna, Apr 15 (UNI) A mobile Lok Adalat run by Bihar State Legal Services Authority (BSLSA) disposed off 315 cases here today in presence of a senior Supreme Court Judge, Justice Ms. Ruma Pal.

The mobile Lok Adalat disposed off juvenile and other cases, much to the relief of litigants.

Patna High Court Chief Justice J N Bhatta, Justice Shivkirti Singh and district and sessions judge of Patna, Shyam Kishore Sharma were among other dignitaries, who were also present on this occasion.

Meanwhile concluding a full day workshop on ''Accountability of the Bar and the Bench in the Legal Services, as well as, Gender Equality'' and ''Juvenile Justice and Legal Literacy Drive', Justice Pal who is also the chairperson of National Legal Services Authority emphasised on the implementation of Juvenile Justice Act in 'letter and spirit'.

She said rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents was very important in larger interest of the society.
