Kyndiah inaugurates cement plant in Meghalaya

Shillong, Apr 15 (UNI) Union Minister of Tribal Affairs and DONER Minister P R Kyndiah today inaugurated the Meghalaya Cements Limited (MCL)plant at Thangskai in Jaintia Hills district, 120 kms from here.

The new plant has been dubbed 'most modern cement plant in the North-East region'.

The plant, with its state-of-the-art international technology, will contribute to the economic growth and prosperity of the region, said Mr Kyndiah.
