Employer entices minor, gangrape her

Bhavnagar, Apr 15 (UNI) A youth running a diamond polishing unit here allegedly enticed his teenage employee to accompany him to an outstation marriage function and raped her along with his father and his friend.

On her return here, the victim lodged a complaint against the three at the Bhavnagar police station yesterday.

Police said - Sanjay Nagjibhai Kakadiya, while declaring his love to his 16-year-old female employee, enticed her to accompany him to attend a marriage function at Pipaliya village in Vallabhipur taluka.

Instead, Sanjay took her to his another diamond polishing unit at Pipaliya and allegedly raped her, followed by his father Nagjibhai Kakadiya and the latter's friend Aswin Harjibhai Kanani, police said.

Following the complaint, police arrested Nagjibhai Kakadiya today, while a search is on for the other two accused.

In her complaint, the girl said she was allegedly raped by Sanjay at Bhavnagar earlier too. Both Sanjay and the girl stay in the same locality here, police said.
