TTD to set up Vedic Patashala in state

Tirumala, Apr 14 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board Trust has decided to set up three more Vedic schools in Andhra Pradesh as part of propagation of Vedic culture.

Disclosing the decision taken in the board meeting held here yesterday, TTD Trust Board Chairman T Subbarami Reddy said the existing Vedic Patasala at Dharmagiri in the Tirumala Hills would be upgraded into a deemed university.

The three other schools would come up at Vizayanagaram, Tadapatri and Bheemavaram, he added.
