Jammu, Apr 14 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir unit of Janata Party (JP) has decided to move court against People Democratic Party (PDP) presedent Mehbooba Mufti for her alledged anti-national comments and for advocating the Pakistani agenda on Kashmir.

The state party president Somnath Dabgotra, addressing a mediaperson here today, expressed concern over the provocative statements of Ms Mufti and described them as highly irresponsible act on her part. He mentioned terrorist Syed Salah-ud-Din as her godfather.

Mr Dabgotra said the party is seeking legal opinion from lawyers to move court or register an FIR against Ms Mufti for her alleged connivance with anti-national elements and seditious statements. He added that it was doing the same against All Party Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and his supporters.

He added that if people like Akali Dal(MANN) president Simranjit Singh Mann and separatists like Jagjit Singh Chohan can be arrested for their seditious statements, then Ms Mufti can also be booked and arrested for her alleged anti-national activities.
