It was my decision to quit: Rajinder Junior
Chandigarh, Apr 14 (UNI) Former Indian chief hockey coach Rajinder Singh Junior today clarified that he was not sacked by the Indian Hockey Federation.
The Punjab and Sind Bank official said he was not available due to family reasons. '' I had even informed the IHF my problems during the Premier Hockey League played in Chandigarh. I somehow continued till I finally told IHF president KPS Gill on phone on March 30 this year about my non-availability.'' Rajinder categorically denied that he was sacked by the IHF. ''It was my decision to quit,'' The olympian said.
