Srinagar, Apr 14 (UNI) Militants today struck in a big way in the city attacking security forces with hand grenades at four places, injuring 13 people, including five security personnel.

In the first attack at 1210 hours, militants hurled a hand grenade towards a Border Security Force (BSF) vehicle, parked near Central Telegraph Office (CTO) which exploded on the roadside causing injuries to three BSF personnel.

The injured were admitted to hospital. Traffic on the Moulana Azad Road was suspended for some time. The sound of the blast was heard in the entire civil line area.
