Zensar ties-up with Japanese Co to seep in global markets

Mumbai, Apr 13 (UNI) Indian technology major Zensar Technologies has tied-up with Japanese Fujitsu Services to offer business solutions through its Pune-based dedicated global delivery centre (GDC) to global markets of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The GDC infrastructure has been integrated into the Fujitsu Services network and its operations will begin with the latter transitioning support of its internal applications, a release issued today said.

Zensar's Managing Director Ganesh Natarajan said, ''The company would engage with Fujitsu customers at a business level to transform their IT portfolio and business processes.'' Under the five-year partnership contract, Zensar would build and operate a dedicated facility for Fujitsu which would deliver business benefit through technical and business solutions.

The facility would offer services in application development, maintenance and support services including migration and testing, remote infrastructure management services, product engineering services, ERP solutions and business process outsourcing services.

Zensar's GDC is targeted to grow to over the 1,000 technical staff figure over the next three years, resulting in revenues in excess of US dollar 30 million for the company.
