VIP Industries Ltd starts production at Haridwar plant

Mumbai, Apr 10 (UNI) Luggage manufacturer VIP Industries Ltd today said that the company had started commercial production at its new manufacturing facility in Haridwar from April 6.

The commercial production has been set up with a capital expenditure of Rs 15-18 crore and would increase the total capacity to five million pieces per annum, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The company's shares were trading at Rs 129.55, up 3.23 per cent at the BSE.
