Trading in major markets to be closed for Mahavir Jayanti

Mumbai, Apr 10: Barring spot bullion dealing, trading in major principal markets like Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE), RBI, Forex, Call money market along with future and spot business in wholesale essential commodities including sugar, edible oil, cotton and metal will remain closed tomorrow on account of Mahavir Jayanti and Ed-E-Milad, traders said.

However, only spot bullion trading will be open as usual, traders added.
