Three awarded capital punishment In Bihar for murdering a boy

Gopalganj,Bihar, Apr 10 (UNI) A local court today awarded capital punishment to three people for kidnapping and subsequently killing a school student in Gopalganj district last January.

The District and Sessions Judge found them guilty after hearing arguments of the both sides.

The two were charged with kidnapping Rahul Kumar from Songarhwa village under Phulwari police station of the district and later murdering him on January 3, 2006.

The convicted were Ashok Yadav, Umesh Yadav and Santraj Bind- all residents of Gopalgaj district.
