StandChart Bank-Bajaj Life launch co-banded credit card

Mumbai, Apr 10: Standard Chartered and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance has introduced their co-banded life insurance credit card offering policyholder to enjoy special discounts and other value-added services.

Standard Chartered CEO Neeraj Swaroop told mediapersons here today that the card will allow simple and value-added mechanism for Bajaj Allianz policyholders to pay their insurance premiums while offering special discounts at 140 medical and diagnostic centres across the country.

''The introduction of the co-branded card and possibility of expanding the distribution network by leveraging over 100,000 Bajaj Allianz Life insurance consultants further amplifies this partnership. Standard chartered and Bajaj Allianz are pioneers in the bancassurance model in India. We are delighted to take our partnership to the next level. Echoing Swaroop, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance CEO and country manager Sam Ghosh said, ''customer need based products have been our core focus.
