Skoda, INCAP ink MoU on NIPCC

Hyderabad, Apr 10 (UNI) Skoda Export Co Ltd and INCAP today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop integrated Nizampatnam Industrial Port City Complex(NIPCC).

The MoU envisaged creation of a Special Purpose Vehicle to develop a multi-product Special Economic Zone for setting up a urea and power plants and associated facilities, an official release here tonight said.

SKODA Export would help in preparing initial masterplan and feasibility report of NIPCC project within four months of SPV formation, help in preparing detailed project report thereafter, while INCAP would ensure administrative support to SPV for facilitating expeditious central and state level clearances and provide escort services for project specific clearances and permits, it said.
